The latest report on the riots published by the Riots, Communities and Victims Panel claims a lack of support and opportunity for young people contributed to the outbreak of riots in England last summer.
The Riots, Communities and Victims Panel, set up last year, cited poor parenting, an inability to prevent reoffending, too much emphasis on materialism, and a lack of confidence in the police.
According to the report, the riots were made worse” by rolling TV news channels and social media such as Twitter and Facebook,
